BingeUp is operated by DH HOLDINGS LIMITED. By using the BingeUp website, you agree to these Terms.

BingeUp Monthly

Where offered, BingeUp Monthly is a recurring monthly subscription priced at US$4.99 per month. Payment is processed by PayPal. Access begins only after PayPal confirms the subscription and continues while it remains active. You may request cancellation from your BingeUp account or through PayPal. Cancellation ends BingeUp Monthly access and stops future billing.

Refunds

You may request a refund within 7 days of payment if you have not materially watched paid content. Contact privacy@bingeup.app. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
